Hello, I think that both your offered items would bring benefits to the skin. We need take care of skin because our bodies do not get so many vital nutrients from food.
Our skin is affected by the sun, pollution if we live in big cities.

All that you have mentioned is totally true, and yes keeping our body moist and clean is very important.
I personally like both creams, that is why I recommended them. I alternate between the two cause I like the change, but both are really good.
Indeed there is a lot of variety out on the market, and I could write on so more products that are really good, and I will eventually, I went here for my favorites first, then to the other good ones that I have used…but less.

I believe that all women want to age gracefully. We all want to look younger than our real age and that is why we are so crazy about anti-ageing products. Wrinkles are the first evidence that we are getting past our prime years so eliminating them becomes our goal.
Is it advisable to use anti-ageing cream twice a day, morning and night? Or we can just apply it once? What about alternating different brands? For instance I will use Estee Lauder for 2-3 months then switch to another brand like Clarins.
Hi Alice, thanks for the input. I personally think that using anti-aging cream needs to be at night when you go to sleep to give the restoration work the ultimate effect. During the day, I suggest to use a moisturizing cream with SPF protection in it, to protect from the sun (even when its cloudy) and pollution.
As for alternating brands, its entirely up to you. There is a “rumor” out that your skin “gets used” to one brand and that it would be best to alternate – but in my opinion that is bullocks!
I change brands cause I like the change, I am very much an “aroma” person, and I like to change the aroma’s, though I use the type of creams that are suitable to my skin. I use Estee Lauder, get bored with the aroma after a few months, change to Clarins and then again change to L’Oreal and DeCleor, but I do return to Estee Lauder and Clarins most as they are my favorites.
